What we are looking for

NextCare Urgent Care is looking for an experienced and resourceful Provider Recruiter who is a self-starter and likes the challenge of a fast pace setting. We are looking for someone with superior sourcing skills to proactively identify, attract, and engage high-quality candidates who align with our mission and values.

 

Responsibilities

The Provider Recruiter provides support to NextCare in recruiting, selecting and processing medical leaders, physicians and advanced practice providers.

  • Establish and maintain relationships with internal clients, vendors and sources (to also include Universities and Residency programs) to assist with NextCare's hiring efforts
  • Develop and execute materials that promote NextCare to assist with recruiting
  • Develop sourcing strategies based on market to ensure a proper pipeline of qualified candidates
  • Conduct all recruitment activities for medical leaders, physicians and advanced practice providers to include posting positions on various websites and attending provider association events
  • Review and select applicants who meet at least the minimum qualifications of the job
  • Conduct safe, legal and effective phone interviews for those candidates who have successfully met the minimum qualifications
  • Coordinate with hiring local medical leader to arrange face to face interview
  • Establish and maintain an open line of communication with local medical leaders and local operations leaders when applicable
  • Present offer to provider candidates
  • Coordinate with onboarding team to ensure pre-employment/onboarding processes are completed
  • Acts as the point of contact for all provider staff
  • Notifies Credentialing of new hires for the issuance of a credentialing packet and assists the department with follow-up on credentialing concerns
  • Assists with the completion of advance practice provider supervisory agreements per state medical board requirements

How you will make an impact

As our Provider Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in building our exceptional team of physicians and advanced practice providers using various methods of recruitment such as residency programs, member association events, sourcing platforms and networking sites as well as niche job boards

 

 

Essential Education, Experience and Skills:

Education: Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent

Experience: Minimum of three years of Provider Recruitment experience.
