Working Hours: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 9.30am - 4.00pm
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a high-quality, administrative support to the Additional Learning Support team by undertaking a range of tasks.
- Collect data from learners to ensure the timely completion of administration processes.
- Monitor the Additional Learning Support Health Questionnaire and input information into the College’s Management Information System and support plans.
- Support the collation of information required as part of payroll processes and liaise with relevant staff and departments as required.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Experience of working in a busy customer facing environment.
- Strong digital skills with the ability to use Microsoft Office 365, teams and a variety of IT applications.
- Experience of viewing, inputting and retrieving data within a management information system.
- Knowledge and awareness of equality, diversity and inclusion issues
- GCSE English and maths (Grade C/4) or equivalent level qualification
