The Property Mgmt Specialist is responsible for ensuring all needs are met for property owners, guests and vendors. Solicit and develop opportunities to increase full service property management to property owners.

Primary Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Manage reservations, payments, and inquiries; oversee check-in/check-out processes via email, text, and phone.
- Maintenance Coordination: Communicate with owners, guests, and vendors regarding repairs or service needs.
- Property Inspections: Conduct arrival inspections to ensure property readiness.
- Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve owner or guest concerns.
- Accounting Support: Assist Director with invoice entry and process Airbnb/Booking.com payments. As well as, answer statement questions for owner’s.
- Emergency Response: Handle after-hours issues such as lockouts, maintenance needs, or safety concerns.

- Meet all performance and behavior expectations outlined in the company performance appraisal form or communicated by management.
- Perform responsibilities as directed achieving desired results within expected time frames and with a high degree of quality and professionalism.
- Establish and maintain positive and productive work relationships with all staff, customers and business partners.
- Demonstrate the behavioral and technical competencies necessary to effectively complete job responsibilities. Take personal initiative for technical and professional development.
- Follow the company HR Policy, the Code of Business Conduct and all subsidiary and department policies and procedures, including protecting confidential company information, attending work punctually and regularly, and following good safety practices in all activities.
Qualifications
Education:
- Associates degree in marketing, business administration or related field or equivalent knowledge and work experience.
Experience:
- Four years marketing, sales and customer service experience including three years in real estate.
- Experience working with clients, property owners and real estate professionals.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Effective oral and written communication skills including presentation skills.
- A strong customer service focus.
- Analytical, problem-solving and decision making skills.
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
- Proficiency in business software.
- Microsoft Office products.
Other (licenses, certifications, schedule flexibility/OT, travel, etc.):
- Real estate license
- Weekend availability and occasional on-call shifts.
