OVERVIEW

 

SRAM is looking for an intern, who will support our testing team with the development, automation, execution and evaluation of electrical and mechanical testcases. This role is a great opportunity to apply your knowledge in a real-world R&D project and contribute to our innovative product. 

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Support the automatization of electrical and mechanical test procedures

Improve existing and develop new test methods

Development and upgrade of test equipment interfaces

Execute and evaluate qualification and validation tests including creation of the final report

Integration of new equipment into established environment

Support with the development of new test procedures, their implementation and execution

Implement, maintain and upgrade automated data evaluation algorithms for electrical and mechanical tests

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS

 

Experience in programming (Bonus: Python / GIT)

Knowledge of common communication protocols between test equipment (TCP/IP/CAN/USB) and their interfaces

Basic knowledge of statistics and signal processing

Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical engineering

Experience in soldering and/or in assembly of testbenches
