SUMMARY
Perform a variety of secretarial and administrative functions for assigned department(s).
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Includes the following:
- Orders office supplies for each location.
- Transcribes meeting notes.
- Generates reports.
- Handles multiple projects.
- Assists with compiling and development of annual budget.
- Schedules appointments and meetings.
- Coordinates travel arrangements.
- Drafts and proof-read documents.
- Maintains filing system.
- Gives information to callers.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
SUPERVISORY/MANAGEMENT AUTHORITY
No supervisory/management authority.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and 3 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Maintain a close working relationship with co-workers, customers, vendors, and management.
- Advanced communication skills.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Work is primarily performed in a climate-controlled office setting.
