About the Role:
The OWD Fiscal Compliance Analyst will be responsible for:
- Managing daily fiscal transactions including payments, reporting, and reconciliations
- Monitoring compliance of Workforce Development Board and Career Center staff with fiscal processes
- Tracking leases, contracts, administrative and programmatic documentation
- Performing equipment inventory and managing purchases
- Ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting and supporting audit preparation
- Supporting the administration of WIOA and other federal program funds

What You Bring:
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED with 4 to 6 years of related government accounting experience (i.e. familiarity with federal funding)
- Microsoft Office experience, with intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Experience with policy review and interpretation
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate Degree or higher in Accounting
- Experience with Workforce Innovation Opportunity Act (WIOA) funding or other federal funding streams
