As a Temporary Technical Support Specialist, you'll be the watchful guardian of our computer support help desk, ensuring no issue slips through the cracks. You’ll tackle basic to moderate challenges head-on, escalating only the most formidable foes to the next level of support. Your mission also includes setting up hardware for new recruits and replacements, keeping our IT hardware in top condition—organized, maintained, and ready for action.
This isn't some call center gig. You won't be answering distress signals via phone. Instead, you’ll communicate over team chat and email—working in the shadows, unseen but ever-present. And remember, this isn't about writing code or joining our Software Development team. This mission is about support, protection, and keeping the tech of FUN.com running smoothly.

Requirements
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Investigate and resolve basic and moderate issues in the Computer Support category of the IT helpdesk.
- Escalate any more advanced tickets to the next level of support, assisting with fixes where appropriate.
- Set up and configure hardware for new hires or as replacements.
- Keep all IT hardware organized and maintained, including ensuring storage in warehouse spaces and the server room is used effectively.
Technical
Has a working knowledge of and experience with:
- Windows 10
- Microsoft Office
- PC architecture and components
- Software/Driver Installation
- Hardware Troubleshooting
Behavioral
- Exhibit core values, team values, and culture.
- Follow all handbook policies.
- Ability to work both in a team an independently.
- Desire to learn and investigate problems.
Experience
2+ years of personal, academic or professional experience with our technical requirements
Pay: $15.25 out of season; in season $16.00 - $17.00 (September 7 -November 1)
