Job Summary:

In this role, you will be responsible for aligning our clients marketing, sales, and customer success efforts to drive growth, optimize revenue processes, and ensure seamless execution in their HubSpot instance. You will play a crucial role in implementing systems, processes, and strategies that enhance efficiency and scalability.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the RevOps team, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive RevOps strategy that aligns with the agency's growth objectives and enhances the effectiveness of marketing, sales, and customer success teams.
  • Optimize end-to-end revenue processes, including lead generation, sales funnel management, and customer retention, to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Oversee the selection, implementation, and management of CRM, marketing automation, and other revenue-related technologies to ensure seamless integration and data flow.
  • Analyze and report on key performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership and relevant teams.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify and eliminate bottlenecks, streamline processes, and improve the customer journey.
  • Develop and manage revenue forecasting models, ensuring accurate and reliable financial projections.
  • Drive the development and refinement of pricing strategies, sales compensation plans, and other revenue-related policies.
  • Ensure data accuracy, governance, and compliance across all revenue-related systems and processes.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in revenue operations and digital marketing.

Requirements

Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related role, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership position.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, sales processes, and customer success strategies.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing RevOps strategies and processes that drive growth and efficiency.
  • Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot) and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset and a track record of making strategic decisions based on insights.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to build and lead a high-performing team.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.


Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000
