We’re currently looking for a 2nd Shift Dispatcher to join our team in a full-time role. If you’re reliable, customer-focused, and bring a positive attitude to every shift, we’d love to meet you.

What We Offer:

  • Salary + Overtime Pay
  • Shift Premiums (extra pay for hours worked between 6:00 PM – 5:00 AM)
  • 100% Employee-Sponsored Health Insurance (starts on Day 1)
  • Monthly Profit Sharing
  • Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)
  • 401(k) with 4% Company Contribution (no match required)
  • Paid Training & Onboarding
  • Company-Provided Uniforms
  • Paid Time Off (PTO)

Available Shift:

  • 2nd Shift (Afternoon/Evening)
  • Flexible Start Time: Shift begins at 12:00 PM but can start as late as 2:00 PM if needed
  • Monday–Friday Schedule

What You’ll Do:

  • Dispatch and coordinate drivers and loads for same-day operations
  • Provide timely, accurate communication to both customers and internal teams
  • Handle updates, changes, and troubleshooting with a service-first mindset
  • Support our team of drivers to help ensure safe, efficient, and on-time deliveries
