We’re currently looking for a 2nd Shift Dispatcher to join our team in a full-time role. If you’re reliable, customer-focused, and bring a positive attitude to every shift, we’d love to meet you.

Available Shift:
- 2nd Shift (Afternoon/Evening)
- Flexible Start Time: Shift begins at 12:00 PM but can start as late as 2:00 PM if needed
- Monday–Friday Schedule
What You’ll Do:
- Dispatch and coordinate drivers and loads for same-day operations
- Provide timely, accurate communication to both customers and internal teams
- Handle updates, changes, and troubleshooting with a service-first mindset
- Support our team of drivers to help ensure safe, efficient, and on-time deliveries
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED required
- 2+ years in a transportation or logistics coordination role preferred
- Experience with McLeod software a plus
- Strong computer and communication skills (Microsoft Office Suite, etc.)
- Ability to remain calm, organized, and helpful under pressure

Requirements
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required
- Preference given to those with experience using McLeod transportation software
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
- 2 years’ transportation coordination environment experience or relevant certification preferred
