Opportunity:
Ideatek is seeking a self motivated, creative, and resourceful individual to join our team! This is an exciting Internship opportunity for a student that is looking to gain professional experience and work on rewarding projects to solve real business needs. This position will work alongside our sales team and assist in various tasks to help support our customers.
This opportunity is a part-time internship working from approximately August 2025 - October 2025
Location:
This role will be a hybrid opportunity - working both in Buhler and remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- CRM Management: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all lead and prospect interactions, activities, and progress within the CRM system
- Contract Renewals: Contact and renew business contracts for existing business customers
- Product/Service Knowledge: Developing and maintaining in-depth knowledge of the company's products, services, pricing.

Requirements
Experience/Knowledge Required:
- Basic understanding of Excel or Google Sheets
Preferences:
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- General knowledge of telecommunications services (i.e., internet, wireless, phone systems)
- Experience pulling data and analyzing information
