Are you passionate about driving workforce development and building dynamic partnerships? The Corporate College & Customized Training Department (CC&CT) is seeking a Program Manager whose primary purpose is to plan, implement, and evaluate the services, courses, and programs of the Corporate College & Customized Training Department. You'll develop and manage meaningful relationships with various stakeholders, including students, instructors, business partners, and community partners. Key responsibilities include employer engagement, project and account management resulting in $300,000 revenue, and representing CC&CT at promotional/community events. Additionally, you'll assist employers with their use of grants including but not limited to WEDnet and County IWT grant iterations.
Essential Functions
Manage sales operations as required to ensure excellence in the implementation of CC&CT training programs including, but not limited to, development of training schedules, guided selection of instructors, and ensuring programs have the materials/equipment required for successful delivery, including the purchasing of these items within WorkDay. This role will be expected to manage and resolve conflict internally and externally which present obstacles to success in our mission.
Liaise with Marketing Department, perform marketing outreach and account management communications, which will include communicating to clients proposals and pricing s/he has developed with management's assistance, or derived from previous guidance, and generating course start up information paperwork.
Liaise with PACareerLink personnel, WEDnet Team, and other partners and support services providers - internally and externally - as needed.
Promote CC&CT programs at industry, community, and school events.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree and 4 year's experience in corporate training, safety training, project management, professional services, or equivalent work experience.
Demonstrated entrepreneurial approach to one's work, which is supported by the ability to manage projects and understand budgets, detail-oriented, excellent interpersonal and communications skills, strong Microsoft Office skills and ability to learn new software systems.
Individual must be comfortable with speaking to groups - in-person or virtually.
A sense of urgency in meeting deadlines required.
Ability to travel to various training and event locations, within and outside of Bucks County.
Must understand the relationship between the quality of our training & consulting programs to the improved performance of our client companies, and that in turn, increases the quality of our relationships with our clients, and strengthens our financial position.
Salary Range $54,039 - $70,000 (Salary placement determined based on experience above the minimum qualifications)

This position offers flexibility to be based out of one of our Bucks County campuses — Upper Bucks, Lower Bucks, or Newtown — with the specific location to be determined based on departmental needs and candidate preference.
