Join Our WEST Float Team – RRTs & PTs Wanted!

At Wellstar Health System, we’re building a dynamic WEST Float Team to provide exceptional respiratory and physical therapy services across multiple sites in our western region.

If you are a dedicated Registered Respiratory Therapist or Physical Therapist looking for a flexible, rewarding role where you can make an impact across different patient care environments, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Who We’re Hiring:

  • Registered Respiratory Therapists (RRTs)

  • Physical Therapists (PTs)

As part of our float team, you’ll be integral in supporting fluctuating staffing needs by delivering quality patient care at various hospitals, outpatient clinics, and specialty centers within the region.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide patient-centered respiratory or physical therapy care in diverse clinical settings

  • Float across multiple sites in the western region to meet patient and staffing needs

  • Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes

  • Adhere to safety protocols, compliance standards, and best practice guidelines

  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records

Required Qualifications

  • Valid and current state licensure and credentials for your discipline (RRT or PT).

  • Bachelor, Masters or Doctorate degree required.

  • Minimum 3+ years of recent clinical experience in a hospital setting.

  • Current BLS certification required.

  • RRT certification required

  • Flexibility and willingness to travel.

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
