We are Looking to Add a Key Member to our Account Support team!

The Account Support Leader has demonstrated mastery in Account Support by providing exceptional customer service in proactively providing solutions that lead to the satisfaction and retention of GreatAmerica’s Customers within granted authority levels. The Account Support Leader is responsible for the development of Account Support Advisors and ensures performance is within expectations. The Account Support Leader will review and report functional service levels in alignment with business units and company targets. This position serves as a resource for Account Support and team members company-wide.  All Account Support Leaders must follow and adhere to the GreatAmerica Principles and GreatAmerica Experience Standards.

As an Account Support Advisor Leader, you will:

  • Fluent, proficient in all responsibilities of Account Support
  • Involvement in hiring process of direct ASAs, including job requisition preparation and approval, resume review, leader/team previews, debrief and offer decision discussions
  • Ensures timely onboarding, training, and administration of applicable testing of direct new hires, through all training practices and processes available
  • Utilize tools to gauge performance of direct reports
  • Report out performance of direct reports and function to stakeholders
  • Utilize one-on-one time to share performance of each direct report and identify development or training opportunities.
  • Provide support and feedback to ASAs looking to further their development
  • Assist in maintaining content of training curriculum & applicable testing materials
  • Contribute to the strategic direction of Account Support through participation in planning sessions, and recurring meetings.
  • Ensuring timely completion of direct report goal setting, 90-day, 6-month, mid-year, and annual reviews
  • Enhance the skill set and success of others through inspiration and motivation
  • Proactively seek continual improvement opportunities, efficiency gains, and encourage others to do so
  • Exhibit strong passion for Account Support and has long-term aspirations to remain in the function
  • Respected as a positive influence within the function and external of the function
  • Exhibit strong communication, motivation, and presence within business units, teams, and function

To be successful in this role you will need:

Education

  • High School graduate or equivalent

Experience

  • 3-5 years of customer service experience
  • Demonstrated high-level customer service skills
  • Demonstrated professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven fluency & proficiency as an Account Support Advisor
  • Considered a high potential team member
  • Must exhibit strong and consistent performance from a technical and cultural standpoint

Computer Skills

  • Microsoft Office Suite, Vision, Infolease, Info-Zone, OnBase, Etactics, Salesforce, Sharepoint, Payment History Tool,
  • End of Term System

Other Requirements

  • Detail Oriented, Ability to Multi-Task, Decision Making, Collection Skills, Cross Training, Time Management, Accountability, High Quality of Written and Verbal Communication Skills & Customer Oriented, Complaint Resolution
