Position Summary
Delva Tool & Machine is seeking a CNC Maintenance Manager for our Cinnaminson, NJ location. The CNC Maintenance Manager is responsible for maintaining, repairing, and servicing equipment, buildings (two buildings are located a few miles apart), and facilities. *This position works a schedule of Monday thru Friday from 6:30am-3:00pm. The pay range for this position is between $70,000 - $90,000/year depending on experience*
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversees the day-to-day operations of the maintenance department.
- Evaluates systems or facilities to determine maintenance or repairs that need to be performed.
- Perform preventive maintenance of a variety of machines on a regular basis.
- Assesses building systems to plan work assignments and project schedules.
- Develops maintenance procedures and schedules.
- Ensures maintenance and repair work is completed correctly and in a timely manner.
- Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting, and repairs of production machines.
- Scheduling contractor for major repairs as required.
- Hires and trains maintenance technicians.
- Organizes and oversees the schedules and work of technician staff.
- Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
- Handles discipline and termination of employees as needed and in accordance with company policy.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Experience, Qualifications, and Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 8+ years of CNC maintenance experience required.
- 3+ years of management/supervisory experience required.
- Extensive knowledge of building systems such as plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
- Extensive knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic, OSHA, DOT, and other safety regulations and rules.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to identify issues and determine repairs that are needed.
- Ability to plan maintenance schedules for building, and equipment systems.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
