The Office of Catholic Schools (OCS) is seeking a detail oriented and mission-driven Project Coordinator to support its vital work. This role assists the Superintendent and Director of OCS Operations by coordinating projects, providing administrative support, and ensuring alignment with the goals of Catholic schools within the Archdiocese of Denver. As a key liaison between leadership and stakeholders, the Project Coordinator fosters effective communication, collaboration, and task management. Guided by the teachings of the Catholic Church and Archdiocesan policies, this position plays an integral role in advancing the mission of the OCS with professionalism and dedication.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Project Management Coordination and Support: Plan, prioritize, and manage tasks to meet deadlines and ensure seamless workflows. Communicate progress, address challenges, and provide updates for smooth execution. Research, prepare materials, and collaborate with offices to achieve project goals using OCS tools. 
  • Concierge Process and Protocol: Manage inquiries and complaints with professionalism using OCS Concierge protocols. Ensure timely and accurate resolution of assigned tickets. 
  • Event and Program Coordination: Support OCS events, meetings and programs by managing scheduling, logistics, and communication. Collaborate on updates and oversee setup, on-site supervision, and execution. 

 
 

Requirements

What We’re Looking For 

  • A practicing Catholic eager to carry out the mission of the Archdiocese so that in Jesus Christ all might be rescued and have abundant life, for the glory of the Father
  • High school diploma required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Project management experience preferred 
  • Excels in task prioritization, schedule management, and meeting deadlines with accuracy, leveraging expertise in Microsoft Office Suite to create presentations, databases, and reports
  • Delivers exceptional service with strong interpersonal, written, and verbal skills, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all interactions
  • Demonstrates flexibility and a proactive mindset, addressing challenges with sound judgment and effective problem-solving skills
  • Thrives in team environments, actively seeks feedback, and pursues continuous professional and personal development
  • Handles sensitive information responsibly with the highest level of integrity and confidentiality
