Roles and Responsibilities

We are looking for an  Event Marketing Specialist to join the Marketing Team in our Boston office (hybrid role). Reporting to the Director of Marketing, we seek a highly organized, detail-oriented, and creative thinker who works well independently and with a team. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing events that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement for Innovasea. You will collaborate across departments and multiple geographies to ensure our events align with business goals. You will manage the logistics of our global events and help extend their impact and that of our brand through compelling digital content.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage trade show and conference participation, including logistics and vendor management
• Work closely with sales, product, and customer teams to align on event strategy
• Oversee webinar platform and related logistics
• Ensure brand consistency across all event materials and experiences
• Amplify our brand and event presence by supporting the creation of engaging social media content, including short-form video, in collaboration with the Content and Communications Manager
• Support internal communications related to event participation

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of event marketing experience within B2B organizations
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Exceptional verbal and written communications skills
• Proven track record of balancing multiple projects and delivering quality work on a deadline
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Ability to think creatively
• Experience with Jira/Confluence, SharePoint, PowerPoint, MS Excel
• A. in Marketing, Communications, Business or equivalent
• Some domestic and international travel required

Nice to Have

• A keen interest and demonstrable skill in creating engaging content for social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, X, Instagram)
• Experience with short-form video creation and editing
• Experience with design tools, preferably Canva
