Storeroom Office Administrator
Department: Outsourced Services Location: McKinney, TXHours: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM � 3:30 PM
Compensation: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour

Essential Functions
-
� Processing Invoices and Purchasing Card transactions and Expense Reports
� P Card limit increase, working with Merchants to obtain mission receipts
� Processing work orders in COMPANY�s designated work order system
� Performing general office duties with 3-5 years' experience
� Scheduling conference rooms
� Assisting with weekly Payroll and submittals to Accounts Payable
� Field Service Calls reports
� ASN reports
� Monthly Accruals Reports and submittals
� Mileage for Oncor and On Target reports
� Submitting request for refund checks or vendors
� Submitting request for Distribution Corrections for the Tax Department
� Assisting with Storms (P Card documentation, processing and submitting monthly reports)
� Assisting with contingency planning for Hotels
� Updating metering in Maximo Fleet
� Maximo Enterprise Invoice, PR, PO status verification
� Training navigation in various Software Application
� Working with Vendors concerning Direct Pay Exemptions
� Assisting with Event Planning
� Requesting sign off for P Card report, expense reports
� Updating and Maintaining the Forecasting report
� Administrate NTTA account
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED). Technical college and/or college experience preferred
- At least 3-5 years administrative assistant experience
- Ability to type at least 50 wpm
- Telephone management skills; excellent telephone etiquette
- Must have experience with complex scheduling and calendar management
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge in Microsoft Suite, especially Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Ability to navigate the Internet
- Strong organizational, interpersonal and listening skills
- Ability to think and communicate clearly and in context
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Ability to work under pressure and thrive in a fast paced, deadline-oriented environment
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and complete them in a timely manner
