Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead strategic account planning and execution for a $50M+ portfolio in the Financial Services.
• Drive revenue growth through proactive business development, cross-selling, and client expansion strategies.
• Serve as the executive sponsor for key client relationships, ensuring alignment with client goals and Infosys’ capabilities.
• Collaborate with delivery, consulting, and product teams to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction.
• Provide thought leadership and market insights to shape client transformation agendas.

We collaborate with internal technology labs, our subsidiary EdgeVerve, and our time-tested partner product vendors, to create and leverage best-in-class proprietary/customized solutions across the consumer banking landscape to help our clients deliver superior experience to their customers while executing their business at enhanced efficiencies.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education and 14+ years of experience, with strong sales/relationship management/account management experience
• Strong executive presence with experience engaging C-level stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of digital transformation trends in banking (e.g., core modernization, cloud, AI/ML, customer experience).
• Significant business development and project management experience
• Experience in the relevant industry/vertical
• Hands-on experience with proposal creation and leading proposal presentations
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
• Wide variety of IT and business consulting engagement experience

Preferred Qualifications:
• MBA degree or foreign equivalent and 10+ years of experience
• Knowledge of industry-specific go-to-market solutions
• Good understanding of industry-specific business issues and drivers
• Global Delivery Model experience
• Experience managing large multi-location consulting engagement teams
• Track record as an Account Manager in a rapidly growing client relationship
• Experience with global delivery models and managing multi-location teams.
• Exposure to regulatory and compliance frameworks in U.S. banking.
• Familiarity with platforms like Temenos, Finacle, Salesforce, or other core banking solutions.
