About the Role

We're looking for a Client Success Automation Lead to join our team and help us reimagine how work gets done. This is an entry-level role designed for someone who is naturally curious, highly self-motivated, and excited to explore how AI and automation can improve the way our Client Success teams operate.

You'll be empowered to build intelligent solutions using out-of-the-box tools like Microsoft Copilot Pro and Power Automate--no coding required. You'll work closely with stakeholders across the Client Success division to understand their workflows, identify opportunities for automation, and deliver tools that make their jobs easier and more impactful.

This is a hands-on role where you'll be expected to build automations from scratch, while also collaborating with our corporate-level AI Enablement team on more advanced projects and implementations.

By reducing reliance on manual processes and enabling more seamless access to data across platforms like Dynamics, Jira, SAP, and Tableau, this position will help our teams spend less time on repetitive tasks and more time engaging creatively and strategically with clients.

The Client Success Automation Lead will be instrumental in helping us embrace internal AI tools, scale our operations, and build a future where technology amplifies human impact.

What You'll Do

• Build relationships with stakeholders across Client Success to understand their work and uncover automation opportunities
• Manage a pipeline of automation and AI requests, prioritizing based on business impact
• Scope and define requirements for automation projects, partnering with Engineering, BI, and Database teams as needed
• Use tools like Microsoft Copilot Pro, Power Automate, and other approved platforms to build and deploy solutions across Client Success teams
• Collaborate with the AI Enablement team on advanced implementations and tool development
• Train end users, create documentation, and support adoption of new tools
• Monitor performance of deployed solutions and iterate for continuous improvement
• Support initiatives that improve pricing audits, client onboarding, implementation speed, and program configuration
• Perform ongoing administration and maintenance of deployed solutions to ensure they're operating consistently and as designed

• Develop AI agents that help team members find answers in various knowledge management platforms
• Build tools that synthesize data from Jira, SAP, and Dynamics to provide holistic client insights
• Automate workflows for RFPs, QBRs, and client renewals
