About Position
Overview
Location: Córdoba (not fully remote).
Position: Full-Time.
Basic Functions:
● Develop and maintain automated test cases and test plans for SaaS products, focusing 50% on
automation and 50% on manual testing.
● Identify, document, and manage defects and inconsistencies in SaaS products.
● Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution of defects.
● Assist Lead QA on the development and maintenance of Playwright-based automation scripts and
tools for testing SaaS products.
● Work with cross-functional teams, including customer support, to reproduce and troubleshoot
customer-reported issues.
● Monitor and report on the quality of SaaS products, providing insights and recommendations for
improvement.
● Contribute to the enhancement of QA processes and methodologies within the organization.
● Proactively identify potential quality issues and develop strategies to address them.
● Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the organization's products and their functionalities to
improve quality assurance practices.
● Perform thorough testing of new features and functionalities to ensure they meet quality standards.
● Participate in the development of quality metrics and reporting to track the overall quality of the
organization's products.
Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities Required:
● 5+ years of QA testing experience with a strong emphasis on automation.
● Proficiency in Playwright is highly preferred.
● Experience with backend test automation and data validation is a strong plus.
● Proficiency in SQL for database queries and Postman for API testing is required.
● Experience with scripting languages like TypeScript or JavaScript.
● Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
● Excellent attention to detail and the ability to identify and document defects.
● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
● Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment.
● Ability to work independently as a contractor and manage time efficiently.
