Overview:

Lead cross-functional technical initiatives and drive Salesforce-powered business outcomes at scale! As an IT Solutions Engineer, you’ll be the critical link between architecture and delivery, ensuring seamless coordination, high-quality solutions, and a robust data architecture across multiple agile teams.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate technical collaboration across 5+ agile teams, aligning solutions to business needs.
• Serve as the primary liaison between Enterprise Architecture and development teams.
• Design and oversee deployment strategies, including impact and dependency analysis for Salesforce initiatives.
• Translate business needs to Salesforce features.
• Ensure metadata consistency and strong data architecture within Salesforce.
• Guide the transition from project build to operational run, resolving issues and supporting ongoing operations.
• Develop declarative and Apex Salesforce features and solutions.
• Deliver operational excellence by meeting availability and production support SLAs.
• Maintain development standards, quality, and risk mitigation across teams.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.

Preferred Experience:

• Salesforce Financial Services Cloud or Service Cloud.
• Integration experience using MuleSoft and/or Confluent Kafka.
• Experience with Platform Event Architecture.
• Background in DevOps practices.

 

Qualifications:

• College Degree in the field of computer science, information science, management information systems Preferred
• Minimum 12 years' IT development experience or equivalent Preferred
• Experience as Technical Lead and/or Project Architect on very complex multi-subsystem solution delivery projects Preferred
• Strong Salesforce experience and expertise.
• Proven experience as a data architect/analyst, with solid knowledge of relational databases.
• Demonstrated capability in coordinating complex, multi-team technical efforts.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate with business partners and other IT staff.
• Experience completing Proofs of Concepts.
• Deep understanding of how Salesforce delivers on business needs.
• Apex coding skills
• Salesforce declarative development (example: flows)

• Able to effectively direct and coordinate the work of other team members on a project without having HR management responsibility for them

Specific range is dependent on the labor market where the incumbent will be hired to perform the position. Starting salary is dependent on candidate qualifications and experience.
