Job Title: Phlebotomist
Compensation: $21/hour
Job Type: PRN | Flexible Schedule | 2–3 Days per Week

Job Summary
ATC Healthcare is seeking a reliable and flexible Phlebotomist for PRN (as-needed) work, 2–3 days per week. This position requires a minimum of 2 years of recent phlebotomy experience in a clinical setting. You’ll be responsible for collecting and processing blood samples to support accurate laboratory diagnostics across various healthcare environments.

Qualifications
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent
Plus one of the following:
Completion of a NAACLS-approved phlebotomy program
Formal structured phlebotomy training program
One year of on-the-job training as a phlebotomist (per client requirements)
Licensure:
State-specific certification and/or ASCP, as required
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of phlebotomy experience in a clinical setting is required
Credentials:
Must meet all health and screening requirements per facility and regulatory standards
Key Responsibilities
Accurately perform venipunctures and capillary blood draws
Properly label, handle, and process specimens
Communicate effectively and compassionately with patients and staff
Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA
Provide culturally sensitive, age-appropriate care
Comply with all ATC Healthcare and client facility policies
Demonstrate professional and ethical conduct at all times
Work Environment
Work in a variety of client healthcare settings
May be exposed to blood, bodily fluids, and other infectious materials
Must be adaptable and able to work independently
