Job Title: Phlebotomist
Compensation: $21/hour
Job Type: PRN | Flexible Schedule | 2–3 Days per Week
Location: Las Vegas & Henderson 


Job Summary

ATC Healthcare is seeking a reliable and flexible Phlebotomist for PRN (as-needed) work, 2–3 days per week. This position requires a minimum of 2 years of recent phlebotomy experience in a clinical setting. You’ll be responsible for collecting and processing blood samples to support accurate laboratory diagnostics across various healthcare environments.

Qualifications

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Plus one of the following:

    • Completion of a NAACLS-approved phlebotomy program

    • Formal structured phlebotomy training program

    • One year of on-the-job training as a phlebotomist (per client requirements)

Licensure:

  • State-specific certification and/or ASCP, as required

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of phlebotomy experience in a clinical setting is required

Credentials:

  • Must meet all health and screening requirements per facility and regulatory standards


Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately perform venipunctures and capillary blood draws

  • Properly label, handle, and process specimens

  • Communicate effectively and compassionately with patients and staff

  • Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA

  • Provide culturally sensitive, age-appropriate care

  • Comply with all ATC Healthcare and client facility policies

  • Demonstrate professional and ethical conduct at all times


Work Environment

  • Work in a variety of client healthcare settings

  • May be exposed to blood, bodily fluids, and other infectious materials

  • Must be adaptable and able to work independently
