Analytica is seeking a Cloud Engineer to support the development of a cloud-based analytics platform for a high-profile federal program. This role will implement secure, scalable, and high-performance data pipelines and data products using modern cloud-native tools and platforms.

Responsibilities include (But Are Not Necessarily Limited To): 
  • Develop and optimize data pipelines using Databricks and AWS Services (e.g., RDS, Redshift, DMS).
  • Convert legacy code (E.g., Oracle and Greenplum) to modern formats.
  • Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and business continuity of cloud services.
  • Ensure cloud environments adherence to federal, agency, and industry security standards and policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and vendor teams to deliver integrated cloud solutions.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies, trends, and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for cloud environment, procedures, and processes
  • Participate in performance tuning, system testing, and defect remediation. 
Basic Qualifications: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in cloud engineering, architecture, or administration for enterprise environments.
  • Experience supporting federal data programs and legacy system integration, with preference for Treasury and IRS experience.
  • Experience with AWS, Databricks, Informatica, Python, and/or SQL.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • AWS and Databricks certifications preferred.
  • Must have active or ability to obtain IRS MBI clearance.
