Hybrid Organizational Change Management (OCM) and Communications Specialist bei Pivot Strategies

We are seeking a driven and experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) and Communications Specialist to join our team. In this contractor-based role, you’ll be responsible for supporting internal teams, including executive management in the execution of integrated change strategies. You’ll support clients navigating operational shifts that impact people, processes, and culture. Success in this role requires confidence working with senior leaders, and the ability to turn plans into clear, actionable deliverables that drive adoption and business readiness. This role is a 1099 contractor position. 

How you’ll make an impact: 

• Deliver with precision: Support execution of change management and communication activities that drive stakeholder readiness, employee engagement, and user adoption.
• Support strategy with action: Assist senior team members in developing stakeholder assessments, change impact summaries, and engagement plans—while proactively moving tasks forward.
• Stay organized and proactive: Manage daily project tasks, help track deadlines and contribute to keeping the work on schedule and aligned.
• Assist with deliverables: Help create and format decks, talking points, FAQs, and reports—ensuring content is clear, professional, and aligned to project goals.
• Confidently support strategy development: while also rolling up your sleeves to execute deliverables
• Blend structure and creativity: that is grounded in proven methodologies, with an ability to flex for what the moment requires.

Requirements

• You bring 7–10+ years of experience in change management, communications, and training (Prosci certification is a plus).

Things to note: This position is a 1099 contractor role and is based in the Atlanta metropolitan area and will be on-site.
