Hours of Operation 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM 

• Collaborates in the execution of the corporate Quality Assessment Performance Improvement (QAPI) Plan by using a data-driven focus that sets priorities for improvement aligned with strategic initiatives.
• Identifies and facilitates improvement opportunities to address organization-wide operational/program effectiveness and efficiencies to achieve an overall positive experience for patients and families.
• Responsible for driving continuous improvement through the use of Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Participates in organizational Joint Commission readiness.
• Provides coaching and training to promote and sustain organizational continuous improvement efforts.

1. Education/Regulatory Requirements:
   • Bachelor's Degree education required or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification or CPHQ (Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality) Certification in lieu of Bachelor's Degree.
   • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification or CPHQ required or must be obtained within first year of employment; Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification preferred.
   • Skills:
     • Two to Four years of project management, data analysis or strategic planning.
     • Identifies and executes continuous improvement projects.
     • Leads and facilitates projects, A3s, Kaizen Events, Value Stream Mapping, and Root Cause Analysis. Trains on Lean Six Sigma concepts, tools, and methodology.
     • Skilled in extracting and compiling reports for data analysis and presentation.
     • Skilled in running project teams and conducting report outs.
     • Ability to develop training tools and teach Lean and facilitate project teams
     • Have an ability to prioritize projects, meet deadlines, manage several projects simultaneously and work well under pressure required.
