Salary Range $58,000 - $72,000 Based on Expeirence
Since 1978, Hospice of Palm Beach County, Hospice of Broward County and Hospice by the Sea have cared for 200,000 families in South Florida. These three hospices are now one branch of Trustbridge, a community nonprofit that provides support for families facing serious illness 24 hours a day. Our other services include palliative medicine, caregiver support and bereavement programs.

Hours of Operation: 8:30 AM- 5:00 PM
- Collaborates in the execution of the Corporate QAPI Plan
- Ensures compliance with all federal, state and accreditation requirements in assigned areas/departments
- Is an expert resource providing staff support and education as appropriate.
- Identifies and facilitates improvement opportunities across the organization, and utilizes lean methodologies to achieve sustainable reduction in waste and variability of current and new processes.
- Education/Regulatory Requirements:
- Licensed as a RN in Florida, BSN preferred.
- Skills:
- Minimum of 3 years clinical Hospice, Hospital or Home Health experience preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to understand, interpret and support Joint Commission, AHCA, NHPCO, State of Florida hospice standards and requirements
- Certification in health care quality and/or Lean Six Sigma methodologies preferred.
- Demonstrated experience with oral and written communication which includes public speaking and teaching.
- Demonstrated proficiencies in computer skills.
