We're looking for a Warehouse (Fulfillment Center) Operations Manager for our team in Las Vegas to build leaders and teams of leaders as Spreetail rapidly expands! This position leads teams to continually push the boundaries of order transit time, delivery quality, and order accuracy while collaborating with supply chain leadership across the company.

The base pay for this position ranges from $80,000/year to $105,000/year. Pay is based on a number of factors including geographic market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Spreetail is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. How you will achieve success:
  • Ensure all key performance indicators are within tolerance of their intended outcomes, including safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
  • Fully understand, drive, and ensure compliance with all Spreetail Fulfillment Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Develop and effectively lead multiple Operations Managers and Area Managers.
  • Ensure proper labor planning is completed at multiple facilities to manage domestic and international inbound freight and daily on-time shipping expectations.
  • Demonstrate the ability to lead a positive and collaborative culture throughout the facility.


    • What experiences will help you in this role:
  • Multiple years of experience in fulfillment, manufacturing, or distribution environment, preferably ecommerce.
  • Having 5+ years of management or leadership experience.
  • Have led large teams greater than 50 team members, single or multiple sites.
  • Evaluating and determining top talent to bring on your team.
  • Giving and receiving, positive and negative feedback throughout the entire team.
