We have an immediate opening at our Parsippany, NJ warehouse for an experienced Logistics Operator to join our team! The Logistics Operator will be involved in multiple tasks associated with logistics including but not limited to shipping, receiving, sample pulling, data entry, and material handling.
Key competencies: Communication and Interpersonal Skills, Mathematical Skills including Weights and Conversions, Understanding of Supply Chain Activities, and Computer Skills.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain strict adherence to equipment SOPs, GMP standards, and documentation requirements.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, including use of engineering controls and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to ensure a safe workplace for all employees.
- Assisting with the shipment of finished products to customers according to customer order requirements, ensuring accurate paperwork, labeling, and on-time delivery
- Assisting with receiving all raw materials and supplies into the warehouse, check condition of materials and accuracy of paperwork, and provide sample to Quality Control.
- Communicate effectively with Customer Service, Purchasing, Quality, Regulatory, Production, Planning and Carriers on a daily basis or as needed
- Maintain inventory integrity and good housekeeping in the warehouse.
- Other duties as assigned by management.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- H.S. Diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of shipping, receiving, and warehouse experience preferred.
- Flavor and fragrance industry is also a plus but not required
- Forklift and Dangerous Goods (hazmat) experience preferred. (Training will be provided)

Pay Transparency Disclosure: The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $21-$25 per hour. Final compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications, geographic location, and applicable legal considerations. This role is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, which is awarded based on both individual and company performance.
