Perkins & Co is looking for a dynamic, relationship-oriented Practice Growth Manager (PGM) to join our Marketing team.

In this pivotal role, you’ll lead and coordinate strategic growth initiatives across the firm—blending business insight, project leadership, and interpersonal savvy to drive measurable results. If you're a natural connector who thrives on turning ideas into action and building momentum through collaboration, let’s talk.

What You’ll Do

As the Practice Growth Manager, you’ll work closely with practice leaders, shareholders, and the marketing team to develop and implement growth strategies across the firm. You’ll lead planning sessions, coordinate business development initiatives, and ensure that our growth efforts are aligned, actionable, and measurable. From proposal support to event strategy to CRM adoption, you’ll be a key player in helping our firm grow with intention.

Some of the things you can expect to do on a daily basis:

  • Collaborate with practice leaders and niche teams to develop and manage growth plans aligned with strategic goals.
  • Partner with the Business Development & Marketing Specialist to improve proposal processes, content, and post-proposal reviews.
  • Coordinate growth initiatives including events, sponsorships, webinars, and client experience projects.
  • Conduct market, industry, and prospect research to provide actionable insights that inform growth strategies.
  • Monitor progress on growth plans and initiatives, tracking key activities and outcomes and reporting results to the Director of Marketing.
  • Provide structure, tracking, and follow-up to help shareholders and niche leaders move growth strategies from intention to action.

What’s the work arrangement?

This is a hybrid role based in our downtown Portland office, with at least three days per week in-office (typically Tuesday–Thursday). While we support flexibility, this position requires a strong in-person presence to collaborate with firm leadership and support cross-functional initiatives.

If you’re planning to relocate to Portland soon, please note that in your resume or cover letter.
