The City of Minot is accepting applications for the position of Administrative Business Analyst I in the Public Works Department, with an application deadline of Monday, August 25th 2025.
Nature of Work
Provides foundational administrative and analytical support to division leadership by coordinating schedules, drafting correspondence, compiling data, preparing routine reports, and assisting with budget and process-documentation tasks. Serves as a point of contact for staff and the public, maintaining organized files and responding to inquiries with discretion and confidentiality. Education and Experience
- Graduation from high school and at least two years of administrative or business-support experience.
- Experience with basic data analysis or project support preferred.
- Equivalent combinations of education and experience considered.
Compensation and Benefits
- The assigned salary range of Administrative Business Analyst I under the 2025 City of Minot Annual Pay Plan is a Grade 56, with an annual salary range of $50,554-$75,048 which is $24.30-$36.08 per hour.
- This is a full time, FLSA non-exempt position.
