Production Support Coordinator
Job Summary
The DuraFlex Production Support Coordinator will partner with customers, Sales, and the production planning team. Additionally, the Production Support Coordinator will follow up on sales orders and deliveries for enterprise customers and provide customer service and information to (internal/external) customers.
Essential Functions

- Communicate effectively between sales and production teams to gather critical information for data entry into customer’s data systems.
- Respond to customer’s inquiries to provide current updated information regarding the status of orders, deliveries, lead times, freight coordination, and non-technical problem resolutions.
- Acknowledge and upload completed surveys to coordinate with stakeholder teams to plan for timely shipments.
- Inputs and maintains production data utilizing the customer’s data systems to provide takeoffs to the production scheduling team.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external customers helping track the status of customer orders, delivery, financial information, production schedules, and other factors contributing to customer satisfaction.
- Communicate timelines for delivery to the production team to ensure the product is made, shipped, and delivered on time.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines in individual locations as well as regional locations.
- Performs Clerical tasks that support production control and ensure efficient flow of materials required by production schedules.
- Ensure that a balanced and de-conflicted program of work is delivered to Production and for local scheduling and execution using Roughcut planning techniques.
- Other duties as assigned.

Work Environment and Physical Demands
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.

- This job requires no planned business travel.
Education and Experience
- High School graduation or equivalent is required with relevant work experience — associate or bachelor’s degree, preferred.
- Previous experience in a Customer Service Role
- 3 or more years of experience in the Customer Service field on an enterprise level
