Job Summary
The Learning and Development (L&D) team within Human Resources seeks to deliver high quality learning and development programs across the firm. Working in a highly collaborative environment, this role will be responsible for project management, facilitation, vendor management and content development across L&D courses and offerings. The Senior Advisor will also assume responsibility for managing some programs such as new hire orientation and will also create or modify learning materials as needed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Deliver training courses or programs, engaging, advising, and guiding learners and evaluating the achievement of intended learning outcomes.
· Design and develop L&D programs to meet individual and organizational learning needs
· Partner with other OTD/HR partners to build training
· Perform external research and benchmarking on learning trends, priorities, and initiatives
· Manage and create reports and presentations
· Design, develop and implement new hire orientation across the firm
· Support key learning initiatives and activities within OTD
· Build strategic partnerships and relationships with vendors
· Facilitate virtual or face to face workshops

Knowledge of
· Working knowledge of adult learning theories
· Learning development research and trends
· Project management methodologies
Skill in
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail
- Some instructional design experience desired: ability to create and modify presentations, participant guides, etc.
- Experience with learning measurement techniques preferred
· Strong oral and written communication skills
• Must possess ability to handle multiple projects and priorities in a timely and professional manner
• Comfortable sharing perspectives with senior leaders and in group settings
• Using analysis and problem-solving skills
• Driving business solutions through systematic tracking and monitoring deliverables.
• Anticipating potential issues before they arise.
• Advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project Planning skills.

Educational/Previous Experience Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree with 3-5 years of learning and development experience, Master’s degree preferred
- Experience in consulting and advising business leaders, HRBPs on Talent and Learning agenda
