We are seeking an experienced Pharmaceutical Sales Data Management Specialist to support commercial operations by managing, analyzing, and streamlining sales data processes. This role requires a strong understanding of pharmaceutical datasets, CRM platforms, and data ticketing systems, along with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for cross-functional teams.
The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical data management, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Sales Operations, Data & Technology Enablement (DTE), and field teams to monitor and resolve IQVIA data inquiries
- Track, document, and communicate outcomes of data inquiries across teams
- Develop and manage a ServiceNow ticketing process for commercial data questions
- Implement business processes to improve speed, quality, and consistency of data resolution
- Partner with Sales Ops, DTE, and Sales Leadership to standardize workflows and data handling procedures
- Support quarterly target refinement and data validation processes
Requirements
Qualifications & Skillsets
- 3–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical data management
- Familiarity with IQVIA datasets (e.g., Xponent, DDD)
- Experience with Salesforce, Veeva, or other CRM platforms
- Proficiency with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
- Experience with Snowflake and/or SQL for data querying and analysis
- Advanced Excel skills, including VBA scripting
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
