We are seeking an experienced Pharmaceutical Sales Data Management Specialist to support commercial operations by managing, analyzing, and streamlining sales data processes. This role requires a strong understanding of pharmaceutical datasets, CRM platforms, and data ticketing systems, along with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical data management, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Sales Operations, Data & Technology Enablement (DTE), and field teams to monitor and resolve IQVIA data inquiries
  • Track, document, and communicate outcomes of data inquiries across teams
  • Develop and manage a ServiceNow ticketing process for commercial data questions
  • Implement business processes to improve speed, quality, and consistency of data resolution
  • Partner with Sales Ops, DTE, and Sales Leadership to standardize workflows and data handling procedures
  • Support quarterly target refinement and data validation processes

Requirements

Qualifications & Skillsets

  • 3–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical data management
  • Familiarity with IQVIA datasets (e.g., Xponent, DDD)
  • Experience with Salesforce, Veeva, or other CRM platforms
  • Proficiency with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
  • Experience with Snowflake and/or SQL for data querying and analysis
  • Advanced Excel skills, including VBA scripting
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
