About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a Healthcare Panel Lead to drive aggressive growth of our MedicalDecisionMakers.com panel while maximizing sample share and revenue for client projects. This role requires deep expertise in healthcare sampling and panel recruitment, with focus on both proactive community building and reactive project fulfillment in the complex healthcare market.
What You'll Do:
Panel Growth & Recruitment (50%)
- Execute aggressive growth targets for MedicalDecisionMakers.com panel across key specialties
- Develop and implement targeted recruitment strategies for hard-to-reach healthcare professionals
- Build relationships with medical associations, licensing boards, and healthcare organizations
- Optimize recruitment channels including medical publications, professional networks, and direct outreach
- Manage FOIA requests for state and local healthcare professional lists
Revenue Optimization & Project Management (30%)
- Maximize sample share and revenue for each healthcare project through strategic participant matching
- Provide expert consultation on healthcare audience feasibility and targeting strategies
- Guide clients on screener development, question structure, and optimal question sequencing for healthcare studies
- Review and optimize screener logic to ensure accurate targeting and minimize healthcare professional dropout
- Support bid process with accurate feasibility assessments and pricing recommendations
- Manage complex healthcare projects requiring specialized recruitment approaches
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other healthcare-specific regulations
Hands-On Panelist Management & Support (15%)
- Serve as primary point of contact for healthcare professional panelists, handling support requests and inquiries
- Field and manage complex chart studies that require weeks of coordination and communication
- Communicate payment timelines and expectations to participating doctors throughout study lifecycle
- Manage post-study incentive distribution and follow-up communications with healthcare professionals
- Build and maintain personal relationships with high-value panelists to ensure retention and engagement
- Handle escalated panelist issues and provide white-glove service to key healthcare professional participants
Quality Assurance & Data Management (10%)
- Implement verification processes for healthcare professional credentials
- Maintain data quality through progressive profiling and regular updates
- Monitor panel health metrics and engagement rates across specialty segments
- Develop fraud prevention strategies specific to healthcare professional recruitment
Stakeholder Collaboration (5%)
- Partner with client-facing teams on healthcare project scoping and delivery
- Coordinate with Panel Team Lead on strategic initiatives and resource allocation
- Support training initiatives for team members on healthcare audience nuances
- Participate in industry conferences and networking events to build recruitment pipeline
What We’re Looking For:
Healthcare Industry Experience
- 3-5 years experience in healthcare market research, sampling, or panel recruitment
- Deep understanding of healthcare professional landscape, specialties, and decision-making hierarchy
- Knowledge of medical licensing, certifications, and professional associations
- Experience with healthcare compliance requirements (HIPAA, etc.)
- Proven ability to design and optimize screeners for healthcare professional audiences
- Understanding of medical terminology and healthcare industry nuances that impact survey design
Technical Skills
- Recruitment Expertise: Proven track record building healthcare professional panels
- Data Management: Experience with CRM systems and healthcare professional databases
- Digital Marketing: Knowledge of channels effective for healthcare professional outreach
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple complex recruitment projects simultaneously

What to Expect:
- 1st Round: 30-45 minute interview with the Recruiter
- 2nd Round: Assessment(s)
- 3rd Round: 60-minute interview with the Hiring Manager
- 4th Round: 2 hours of onsite interviews with the Hiring Team
Please note that we are fully onsite work environment, and require daily presence at our LoDo office by Union Station.
