We’re seeking a Business Development Program Manager to lead the charge in identifying and cultivating acquisition opportunities for our expanding HVAC group. This isn’t your average corporate development role — it’s a hands-on, high-impact position where your research, hustle, and strategic insight will directly influence the future of our organization. You'll manage and mentor an M&A intern team, drive market discovery, and build a pipeline of partnerships that power our long-term vision.

What You’ll Do:
- Manage, develop, train and mentor M&A Intern team.
- Research and analyze market trends to identify potential clients and new markets for the company’s continued growth.
- Generate leads through networking and cold calling to build a robust pipeline of potential acquisitions.
- Develop and implement business development strategies that align with company’s long-term goals.
- Conduct market research and evaluate/analyze fit of potential M&A opportunities.
- Work closely with staff across the organization to implement growth strategies.
- Draft business plans, sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently while meeting pre-determined deadlines.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff and prospective acquisition partners.
- Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned.
- Travel required as needed throughout the year.
Who You Are:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (MBA a plus).
- Experience in a high-growth or private equity-backed company preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in M&A projects preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint with working knowledge of other Microsoft suite products.
- Experience with database and business Intelligence tools strongly preferred (i.e. Sigma)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong business acumen and attention to detail.
