The Admission Assistant is a passionate and creative individual that provides administrative support to the Admission Manager. This role plays a key part in creating a welcoming environment for prospective families and ensuring the smooth operation of admission activities.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and communication support for the admission office

• Support admission events through preparation, day of support, and post event follow up

• Greets visitors, offers campus tours and respond to inquiries with exceptional customer service

• Ensure the admission office is organized and well stocked with necessary supplies

• Assist with data entry

• Perform other duties as assigned

Skills, Knowledge, and Qualifications

• Prior administrative support experience in a school setting is a plus, but not required

• Excellent time management skills and ability to switch between tasks and prioritize effectively

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Highly organized with strong planning skills

• Aptitude to learn new systems, software, and platforms

• Strong proficiency in a Windows environment and with Google Workspace/MS Office

• High level of confidentiality and discretion

The Admission Assistant is an hourly position with expected commitment of approximately 10 hours/week. Occasional early morning, evening, and weekend work may be required. This position will run from 9/1/25 to 12/31/25.
