The Admission Assistant is a passionate and creative individual that provides administrative support to the Admission Manager. This role plays a key part in creating a welcoming environment for prospective families and ensuring the smooth operation of admission activities.

Duties and Responsibilities
Provide administrative and communication support for the admission office
Support admission events through preparation, day of support, and post event follow up
Greets visitors, offers campus tours and respond to inquiries with exceptional customer service
Ensure the admission office is organized and well stocked with necessary supplies
Assist with data entry
Perform other duties as assigned
Skills, Knowledge, and Qualifications
Prior administrative support experience in a school setting is a plus, but not required
Excellent time management skills and ability to switch between tasks and prioritize effectively
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Highly organized with strong planning skills
Aptitude to learn new systems, software, and platforms
Strong proficiency in a Windows environment and with Google Workspace/MS Office
High level of confidentiality and discretion
The Admission Assistant is an hourly position with expected commitment of approximately 10 hours/week. Occasional early morning, evening, and weekend work may be required. This position will run from 9/1/25 to 12/31/25.
