Job Summary:
Camillo Companies is actively seeking an experienced Community Specialist. This role is responsible for ensuring the residents of our communities can enjoy the various amenities and cleanliness of their neighborhoods. This responsibility includes conducting inspections, issuing violations, scheduling common area maintenance, and corresponding with residents and trades for optimal visual appeal of multiple communities. This role will report directly to the Community Asset Supervisor. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Enforce community rules and restrictions by producing violation letters based on property inspections. Issue fines for violations that have not been resolved and maintain logs for both active and resolved violations.
Track expiration dates on all vendor contracts (landscape maintenance, pool maintenance, etc.) to ensure organization, and renew or solicit bids at contract expiration.
Oversee and approve payment of vendors providing service to assigned communities.
Monitor and schedule repairs.
Perform additional day to day administration tasks as directed by management.
Facilitate property appraisals for bank loans and any other transactions related to assigned communities.
Required Skills/Abilities:

Excellent time management skills, detail-orientation and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, along with advanced conflict resolution skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills and proficient in English. Must be able to articulate needs and convey information verbally and in writing effectively with employees, customers, supervisors, and co-workers throughout the organization.
Knowledge of management methods and sound employee relations techniques with an ability to connect to staff, troubleshoot problems and help teams collaborate, as necessary.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Must be able to drive for work.
Education and Experience:
Minimum of two (2) years’ experience with Homeowners Associations
Associates degree preferred.
Valid Driver’s License
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of driving in a car.
Must be able to manage time independently while working from home.
Occasional out of town travel
