WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: TSTC is seeking a full-time Graphic Specialist to to help evolve our partners’ current products and to conceive and iterate on upcoming products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs for digital and print media that support public communication, outreach, and internal initiatives. Duties include developing graphics, layouts, and branding materials that align with government standards and accessibility requirements. The role requires proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, strong creative and technical skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines in a collaborative environment. Experience with government or public sector design is a plus.

  • Experience working as a Graphic Specialist
  • Thorough, detail oriented, and organized with the desire to deliver quality, high visibility work products with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • A self-starter who enjoys a challenge, can effectively set priorities, multi-task, and can meet quick turnaround timelines
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to solve visual communication problems by identifying the communications issue, gather and analyze information related to the issue, and generate potential approaches aimed at solving the problem.
  • Passionate about helping the company provide outstanding service to its clients, and desires a challenging and rewarding career


    • Basic Qualifications
  • Must be a US Citizen
  • Work full-time, on-site at a secure facility in the Washington DC Metro area.
  • Currently hold an active TS SCI security clearance.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Art Graphic Design, Visual Communication or related field.
  • Note: Ten (10) years’ experience may be substituted in lieu of the degree requirement.
  • Minimum of five (5) years recent experience in graphic design and multimedia environment.
  • At least one (1) year of experience handling US classified documents.
  • Experience using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat), and Microsoft Office Suite.


    • Security Clearance and Where You'll Work
  • Applicants selected must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • A Top Secret security clearance is required for this position and the successful candidate must pass both a company and client comprehensive background check.
  • Candidate must be SCI eligible
  • The position is on site in SE Washington, D.C
