Responsibilities
- Communicate with overseas partners to initiate ocean import of ESS product and mid/small sized batteries manufactured by LG Energy Solution
- Communicate with receiving parties to arrange delivery schedule and provide necessary information
- Collect and review customs clearance documents and work with customs brokerage to process customs clearance
- Research and select various vendors/agents and arrange timely transportation delivery
- Track delivery status and arrange tracking report to customers and related internal/external parties
- Handle accounting related documents and work with settlement & accounting for AR/AP process and monthly closing
- Input necessary data onto the internal system
- Prepare and report service activities to Part/Team manager
- Troubleshoot issues brought up by customer’s and overseas partners’ and respond inquiries from them
- Other ad-hoc projects as requested by management
Qualifications
- Interpersonal skills and ability to communicate professionally
- Must have experience working with Excel
- Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office Suite
- Must be detailed oriented and organized with the ability to prioritize
- Must be a team player and also be able to work independently
- Strong verbal and written skills along with good interpersonal and organizational skills Ability to focus and work in a high paced multi-tasking environment
The base salary range for this role is between $55,000 - $60,000 annually, and your base salary will depend on your experiences, qualifications, and skills.
