SUMMARY:

Namify LLC, a leading branding company and multi-channel distributor of branded promotional products, is looking to hire a cheerful and energetic individual as a part time Administrative Assistant. Namify is growing at an exceedingly rapid pace and we need your experience and skills to help us stay one step ahead of the chaos! You will work closely with the CEO’s Executive Assistant to coordinate schedules, develop future planning, and improve workplace processes. You will enjoy the excitement of a growing established industry leader and will immediately contribute with your drive for results.


Schedule: 20 Hours a week, Monday - Friday, Flexible

Wage: $15 hourly


WHAT YOU WILL OWN:

  • Preparing communications, such as writing/editing emails, creating PowerPoints, and drafting memos.
  • Coordinating projects while maintaining accurate records throughout the process
  • Assisting with meetings and events, including scheduling, sending reminders, setting up, and organizing catering
  • Recording minutes in meetings and following up with tasked individuals as required.
  • Collaborating with managers, directors, VPs, and chiefs to bring various projects to fruition
  • All other duties as assigned.

Your care and concern to serve the client in the best and most efficient way is reflected in everything you do. You are accountable for results and take ownership of your area, processes and communications seriously.


WORKING CONDITIONS:

This job operates in both an office and warehouse environment which will involve working 3-5 hours per day on a computer, as well as occasional time on the warehouse floor. Must be able to remain seated for long periods and lift up to 25lbs.

Requirements

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

  • Quick problem solving skills.
  • Basic computer skills, including Google Suite applications.
  • Professional and friendly customer service skills.
  • A positive attitude and a hunger for exceeding expectations.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Willing to be trained, teach others, and give experience
  • Office experience preferred, but not required.
