About the Role:
We’re seeking a highly motivated Recruiter based in Mohali to join our expanding Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in sourcing, screening, and selecting top-tier candidates for various roles across our global operations. This position is remote to start, with the opportunity to transition into a hybrid or in-office role once our India office opens its doors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, internal databases, and other sourcing strategies.
- Conduct initial screenings and phone interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure smooth scheduling.
- Maintain up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Communicate with applicants throughout the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand hiring needs and refine job requirements.
- Support onboarding processes and documentation for selected hires.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or HR coordination (agency or in-house).
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
- Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines in a remote environment.
- Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and ATS tools.
- Self-starter with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
