Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Payroll Administrator to join our finance team. In this role, you will ensure accurate payroll processing and compliance with relevant regulations. Your expertise will contribute to maintaining employee satisfaction and financial integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process payroll for all employees accurately and on time.
  • Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
  • Maintain and update payroll information and records.
  • Address employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits.
  • Prepare payroll reports and assist in audits as required.
  • Collaborate with HR to ensure proper documentation for new hires, terminations, and leave of absences.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Payroll Administrator or in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of payroll procedures and relevant legislation.
  • Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Gusto Experience Preferred
  • Excel or Google Sheets Experience a plus
