- Proactively source and engage potential candidates through professional networks, social media platforms, employee referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Collaborate with the Director, Talent Acquisition to understand role requirements and define sourcing strategies.
- Screen candidates to assess qualifications and determine alignment with hiring needs.
- Build, manage, and maintain a robust talent pipeline within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Execute sourcing campaigns and nurture passive candidates through ongoing communication and engagement efforts.
- Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition Partners to align sourcing efforts with recruiting strategies, hand off qualified leads, and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Promote the employee referral program; follow up with all referrals to ensure timely evaluation.
- Leverage creative research techniques and technology tools to identify and attract high-quality candidates.
- Monitor and report on sourcing performance metrics and key performance indicators.
- Conduct market mapping and competitive intelligence on part 91, 135 and 121 operators.
- Represent the organization at industry events, job fairs, and networking opportunities to promote the employer brand.
- Support the Talent Acquisition team with reporting, compliance documentation, and system administration related to sourcing technology.
- Collaborate with internal departments to produce ad hoc talent-related reports as needed.
- Maintain accountability to individual sourcing goals and performance standards.
- Ensure consistent, reliable attendance and adherence to work schedules.

- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport across all organizational levels.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Deep understanding of sourcing methodologies, tools, and techniques across a wide range of roles and industries.
- High level of initiative with the ability to work independently and solve problems effectively.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet multiple deadlines.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and hiring best practices.
- Adaptable and eager to learn new technologies and systems relevant to the recruiting function.
- Ability to travel for industry events and work-related activities 10-15% of time.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in a corporate or agency recruitment environment, with a strong focus on sourcing.
- Aviation or aerospace recruiting experience required; familiarity with aviation terminology preferred.
- Demonstrated experience developing and executing comprehensive sourcing strategies.
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems to source, track, and manage candidate pipelines.
- Skilled in passive candidate sourcing, Boolean search, and database mining.
- Work is primarily performed in a standard office environment.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Ability to perform standard office activities such as walking, sitting, standing, speaking, and hearing.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds on an infrequent basis.
