- Owning quarterly revenue targets for online sales of our portable energy products
- Working closely with external agencies and internal stakeholders to drive traffic through various digital marketing initiatives to various online marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart.com etc.)
- Optimizing marketing dollars to achieve best in class ROAS while meeting revenue targets
- Digging deeply into the products’ technical details to help differentiate and position
- Working closely with operations, quality, finance, product management, customer service and the executive team to fine tune the e-commerce (order to cash) platform
- Working in a high-energy, fast paced environment with a bias of action
- BS/MS in EE, CS, ME or related technical field with 5+ years of experience at a Director level (or higher) in a mid to large sized consumer electronics company
- 5+ years of experience ramping e-commerce sales for consumer electronics products from launch through to achieving revenue targets
- Deep, hands-on experience working with various digital marketing avenues such as Influencers, Social Media, Google Ads, Amazon ads etc. to drive sales
- Proven track record of delivering on revenue commitments while driving down cost of customer acquisition
- Prior experience in product management or marketing at highly technical companies e.g., semiconductors, consumer electronics, battery storage etc. would be a significant plus
- Hands-on experience as a hardware or systems engineer for complex consumer products highly desired
- A relentless focus on execution with an ability to dig deep into the details when required to solve problems
- Experience working closely with engineering, operations and customer service teams to provide a high level of service to our customers
- Experience working with supply chain, logistics and operations teams to drive internal planning activities such as Inventory Management, Forecasting, Cost and Quality.
- Ability to communicate in a clear, concise manner in front of senior level executives
- Ability to work across and coordinate with people in multiple time zones
