The role in three bullet points?
- Book meetings with key accounts: Reach out to high-value prospects across North America, using outbound tactics and tools to secure qualified meetings that convert into revenue opportunities.
- Build repeatable, scalable processes: Help run and evolve a world-class outreach and qualification process — collaborating with sales leadership, marketing, and operations to scale what works.
- Learn, improve, and contribute to GTM success: Work closely with the broader GTM team — including sales managers, marketing, enablement, and sales ops — to refine messaging, sharpen targeting, and improve conversion across the funnel.
What makes a great SDR?
- Experience in B2B sales or lead generation - especially in fast-paced or high-volume sales environments
- Clear, confident, and persuasive - communication skills both written and verbal
- A performance mindset - you're motivated by results and driven to improve
- Familiarity with outbound tools and CRMs - Salesforce, Outreach, Apollo, ZoomInfo, etc.
- A team player - thrives in collaborative environments and brings ideas to the table
- Eagerness to learn and grow - you're planning to get into more senior sales roles down the line
Let's be honest!
- This is a target-driven role - you’ll be expected to meet — and exceed — activity and meeting quotas.
- You’ll face rejection daily — you don't take it personally, instead you use it to sharpen your approach, not slow you down.
- Success requires speed, precision, and persistence - we're looking for someone who wants to master their craft and push for constant improvement.
