Now Hiring: HVAC Quality Control / Lead Installer – Hybrid Role
Location: Emergency Air – Chandler, AZ
Schedule: Saturday – Wednesday | 8 AM – 4 PM
Pay: $25–$30/hour (based on experience)

Emergency Air is seeking a motivated HVAC Quality Control/Lead Install Hybrid Technician to join our growing team in Chandler, AZ. This is a unique opportunity to lead from the front, combining hands-on installs with quality control, follow-up inspections, and high-priority calls.

 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Perform install follow-up inspections to ensure quality standards are met
• Handle warranty calls and provide solutions with confidence
• Complete high-skill installs and replacements
• Maintain open communication with the installation  department
• Represent Emergency Air with professionalism and pride in every interaction

 Requirements:

• 5+ years of HVAC experience, preferably in installs and/or quality control
• Ability to perform technical installs and component changeouts
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Clean background and valid driver's license
• Must be reliable, professional, and ready to lead by example
