Hybrid Finance Manager bei BMW Mini of Allentown

BMW Mini of Allentown is seeking an experienced F&I Manager to join our successful team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in assisting sales managers to lead and direct the entire sales staff to ensure a seamless experience for our customers. Our F&I managers are well versed in assisting customers with the financing of their purchases and also presenting them with additional products that enhance their vehicle and ownership experience.

• Prior Dealership experience and Reynolds &Reynolds Proficiency a must.
• BMW finance experience desirable; luxury line experience is a plus.
• Only candidates with a proven track record as an F&I manager will be considered.

Responsibilities:

• Sell financing and other finance and insurance products to customers.
• Sell Extended Warranties and all other after market items.
• Establish and maintain good working relationships with several finance sources, factory and otherwise.
• Achieve and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Submit paperwork to and obtain approval from finance sources on all finance deals.
• Work with Sales Manager to secure a reasonable profit from every sale.
• Handle all rate quotations.
• Check all paperwork for correct title, lien information, taxes, etc.
• Establish and meet monthly objectives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in finance management within an automotive dealership environment required.
• Strong mathematical skills and proficiency in automotive finance software applications.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on relationship building.
• Ability to negotiate effectively and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
