The Intern-Energy in Tulsa, OK, will be responsible for account discrepancies, annual account reviews, researching for suspended or escheated revenue, and assisting with administration of client accounts.

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Assist in delivering services to clients under the guidance of experienced professionals. 
  • Collaborate and participate with team members to ensure smooth execution of those services. 
  • Complete assigned projects, tasks and deliverables within specified deadlines. 
  • Contribute ideas for improving service quality and operational efficiency. 
  • Performs other related duties as assigned and required by management. 

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Enrolled in or recent graduate from a Business, Accounting, or Energy degreed program
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment for the required hours specified herein.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail with a passion for delivering excellent service to clients.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (i.e. Excel, Word and Power Point).
  • Familiar with web-based mapping tools (i.e. ArcGIS, Drilling Info, etc)
  • Ability to understand, interpret and communicate complex property legal descriptions.

 

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT: 

  • Continually required to sit, talk/hear and utilize visual acuity to operate equipment, read a computer monitor and use a keyboard
  • Occasionally required to lift/push/carry items up to 40 pounds
