Responsibilities
- Receive and execute daily work assignments as directed by the supervisor
- Accurately update the system with incoming freight, order processing, and shipment details
- Manage customer order entry and ensure timely daily order processing
- Verify outbound shipments for quantity and item accuracy; report discrepancies or issues
- Oversee daily order flow and delegate tasks to temporary warehouse staff as needed
- Collaborate with internal team members and temporary staff to support customer accounts and operational goals
- Provide daily status reports on shipped and on-hold orders
- Ensure timely and clear communication with team members and customers
Qualifications
- Previous experience in warehouse operations or a strong understanding of inventory management practices
- Proficient in MS Excel, Outlook, and other systems used for inventory tracking and labeling
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to travel or participate in extended business trips as needed
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Positive, proactive, and approachable demeanor in the workplace
- Self-motivated, respectful, and eager to learn new skills
- Bilingual in Korean and English preferred
